What can I expect during my appointment?

The fabrication of your custom footbed is a 2 step process. Each appointment will take approximately 30 min. During the first appointment we will assess your foot and gait pattern. We will discuss any areas of pain you may have and take the measurements we need to build your footbed. We will also discuss what shoes the insoles will go into so it's important to bring the shoes you are hoping to use with you.

The second appointment will be scheduled within 1 week.  During this appointment we will fit the insole into your shoe. Again remember to bring your shoes with you.

What should I bring to my appointment?

When selecting a shoe for your footbed look for a shoe that has a removable insole. This allows the footbed to sit deeper in the shoe and gives you the most room in your shoe.

That said, we can make a footbed for any shoe, so if you want a footbed for your favorite shoes we can accommodate this. Keep in mind, that if the shoe fits comfortably without a footbed, and the insole can not be removed, you may need a larger size shoe to accommodate the footbed.

If you are not sure which shoe to select during our first appointment we can help you select a shoe, one of your own or a new one.

How much do they cost?

Our footbeds cost $195.00

If you decide to order additional footbeds, for different activities or different shoes, we will take away the cost from measurement and analysis making the cost for addition footbeds, $165.00.

Our Valinos sandals are $225
